Philosophy
Practically - After having spent quite a time drawing preparatory sketches I proceeded with a light drawing in graphite, and slowly worked into this work with both graphite and coloured pencils.
Philosophically - This is one of four strange pictures - blessings from the corners of the earth, which point toward one of the human privileges of life. In this case it is the ability of movement.
Not just physical movement but also the creative endeavour of the soul to move toward the very heart of existance ... indeed beyond existance penetrating absolute truth
