Practically - I took an "everyday" object ... in this case the skull ... and let my pencil lead me.
Philosophically - An attempt at delving into the simple state of being - reducing thoughts to nil, being as still as possible (letting the body move its hand in an almost automatic way) - yet at the same time my mind whispered directions as the pencil reveal the marks.
