Philosophy

Practically - This is truly a meditative piece ... applying the paint in an almost identical fashion throughout the application process. I had to take care to make sure the gradations were made at the appropriate time.

Philosophically - I have produced another picture (Prayer to the father) on the same theme. It's something I cannot get out of my mind ... there is so much I feel I can learn by just being inthe vicinity of this massive tree ... in fact I don't even have to be near - just the memory is enough for me to be able to learn something.
